This course is suitable for beginners wanting to master the art of gel polish technique. This is a highly profitable, and growing market. Gel polish is a quick to apply treatment, and clients will normally come back every two to three weeks to have the polish removed.

Gel polish gives an instant improvement to your client’s nails and improved strength helping clients to grow their natural nails without causing damage.

This course will give you the confidence and awareness to carry out a professional treatment. During the training you will watch a skilled experienced teacher demonstrate the application, and then you will practice and perfect your new skill. The training day will involve knowledge and skill development to support you in learning the skills needed to carry out the nail preparation, cuticle work and application of the products.

You will carry out both full colour polish and French polish techniques and nails art techniques

– Contra indications and contra-actions and full anatomy and physiology of the skin and nail
– Preparation of the natural nails prior to Gel polish
– Application of Gel polish on fingernails
– Removal of Gel polish and aftercare advice
– Marketing your new treatment

Course Duration: 1 day

Entry Requirements: Suitable for beginners but learners must be over 16 years old.

Learners are required to practice on other members in the group and in turn be a model for another learner on the same course (unless a private session is booked). Models may be required for the afternoon session.

Cancellation and refund policy

A deposit is required of £100 to secure any course place and the balance of payment is due 72 hours prior to the course date. Your place will not be held if deposit or full payment has not been made.

We require 72 hours notice for cancellation for full refund, if within 72 hours of the course we can move you to another date however if within 24 hours or no show full payment is held as cost recovery.
